How to make a Fibre Glass Cowl in 10 easy steps....
1. Find some blocks of blue foam lying around in the
garden!!!
Nicely weathered!!
2. Measure
distance from Fire Wall to tip of Cowl.
Then hack blocks about to suit!
Attach blue foam to Fire Wall using nails pushed from the inside outwards.
3.
Using a rasp to start with roughly shape the foam.
4. 30 minutes later after scratching my arse and having a think!!
5. BACK TO STEP ONE!!!!!!!

6. Cut and stick card to fuselage with tape to form back half of
Cowl and to act as a spacer, so Fibre Glass does not stick to
the balsa.
