How to make a Fibre Glass Cowl in 10 easy steps....

7. Cover entire area of cowl with cling film and pull as tight as possible

 

 

8. Two layers of fibre glass tissue and resin and one layer of fibre glass matt later....

 

 

9.          Remove blue foam when fibre glass dried.
 All that is left to do is apply a very thin layer of car body filler and prime ready for paint.

 

 

 

10.     Make sure it still fits even with engine installed.
 I got lucky this time..
